Our academic interventions

The Corinne Hershkovitch Law Firm actively participates in the transmission of knowledge through courses, conferences and seminars. The members of the Cabinet regularly participate in the following courses:

- Paris Nanterre University, University degree” Search for the origins of the works: Circulations, spoliations, illicit trafficking and returns ”, under the supervision of Natacha Pernac and Aurore Chaigneau (since 2022)

- Paris-Panthéon-Assas University, Master 2” Market and artistic heritage law ”, under the supervision of Laurent Pfister

- Louvre School, Master” Sensitive goods, origins and international issues ”, coordinated by Isabelle Anatole-Gabriel, Catherine Chevillot and Anne-Solène Rolland

Our participations in scientific groups

The Corinne Hershkovitch law firm regularly participates in working groups, conferences, seminars and research bodies in France and abroad.

In this capacity, members of the Cabinet participate in the following scientific groups in particular:

- UNIDROIT, Project” Private art collections ”, Working Group on Orphan Objects

- Franco-German Source Research Fund, Project” ProHumstra ” Reconnecting human remains and cultural objects: Provenance research and re-humanization of ancestral remains from former German colonies in Africa at the University of Strasbourg.
